CONNECTIVE COOKING 101
A six-week evening series exploring connection, rhythm, and nourishment through everyday cooking.
Cooking is something we do again and again—often while juggling everything else. But it can also become a place to slow down, reconnect, and create rhythms that make family life feel a little more grounded.
Connective Cooking 101 is a small, hands-on six-week series centered around simple seasonal cooking, shared rituals, and practical ways to bring more ease and connection to the kitchen and table.
This isn’t about becoming a better or more impressive cook. It’s about developing a more connected relationship with food, cooking, and the people you feed.

WHAT WE’LL EXPLORE
Over six weeks, we’ll cook together, eat together, and explore practical ideas you can bring into your own home.
We’ll look at seasonal ingredients, simple cooking techniques, building meals with more intuition and less stress, creating meaningful food rituals, and finding ways for cooking to support connection rather than become one more thing on the to-do list.
Classes will be intimate, relaxed, and hands-on, with plenty of room for conversation, questions, experimentation, and good food.
